Ferrite Cores
High-Quality Ferrite Cores Manufactured in Turkey
Custom ferrite core solutions for high-frequency SMPS, LED drivers and industrial power electronics — EE, ETD, UU, RM and Toroid geometries available.
What is a Ferrite Core?
A ferrite core is a ceramic magnetic material produced by sintering iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) with metal oxides such as zinc, nickel, or manganese at high temperatures. Its low-loss characteristic at high frequencies makes it widely used in SMPS transformers, EMI filters, inductors, and bobbin assemblies.
Why Choose Artek Ferrite Cores?
High Permeability
High magnetic permeability values enable maximum energy transfer in compact designs.
Low Core Loss
Core losses are minimized across the optimal operating frequency range of 100 kHz to 3 MHz.
Thermal Stability
Stable magnetic performance from -40°C to +125°C — ideal for critical industrial applications.
Custom Design
Production with custom dimensions and material composition alongside standard geometries.
Ferrite Core Types
EE Core
The most commonly used geometry. Standard solution for SMPS transformers and EMI filters.
ETD Core
Round center-leg design optimized for high power density.
UU / UI Core
Preferred form for large cross-section applications and power inductors.
RM Core
Excellent space optimization for compact PCB-mounted transformers.
Toroid Core
Lowest EMI emission and highest efficiency thanks to the closed magnetic circuit.
PQ Core
Wide window area for high-current inductors and power transformers.
